Pamela Osborne
Pamela Osborne
Vice President, NorthEast Sales

Pamela Osborne is the Vice President Americas Sales Northeast and U.S. Select for Equinix. As a visionary sales leader, she has acquired over 30 years of expertise across Sales Operations, Business Development, Human Resources, Mobility, Capital Development, Distribution, Channel, and Product Marketing. She is passionate about transforming customers' and sellers' experience through targeted revenue growth programs, leveraging strategic assets, optimizing distribution coverage, and tooling.

A highly accomplished executive, Pamela specializes in developing and executing innovative sales strategies, cultivating successful relationships across all levels, and building diverse high-performing teams to deliver best-in-class results. She believes strongly in cultivating inclusive and open work environments.

Pamela sits on the Board of Director of Café Momentum, a Dallas-based restaurant and culinary training facility, transforms young people’s lives by providing a positive environment in which at-risk youth who have spent time in juvenile facilities receive intensive culinary, job and life-skill training, as well as continued mentorship and support, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Julie Linos
Julie Linos
Chief of Staff, CSO office

Julie's expertise includes designing and implementing programs to increase sales of hosting and colocation products, driving seller participation and expanding solution knowledge within sales teams. Julie is highly skilled in cross-functional program execution - sales (both direct and indirect), marketing, learning, and creating and delivering an excellent partner and customer experience both regionally and globally.

Julie has solid technical understanding of elements and companies driving growth in the cloud, colocation and hosting space.

Janie Rashad
Janie Rashad
Senior Manager of Sales

Janie Rashad has spent 29 years at Verizon in Sales and Sales Leadership roles over the course of her career there. She joined Equinix in 2019 as an individual contributor, retaining and growing a base of existing Equinix customers. Janie is currently a Senior Manager of Sales for the US Select Segment, managing a team of ten salespeople across the US.

When Janie is not working, she enjoys cooking, playing racket sports, and going to the gym. Janie is married to her husband of 22 years and has three children, 21, 19, and 16.

Kristen Senechal
Kristen Senechal
Senior Manager of Corporate Sales, Equinix Canada

Kristen Senechal is the Senior Manager of Corporate Sales for Equinix in Canada. At Equinix, Kristen manages the Corporate Sales team responsible for 400+ customers in all verticals in the emerging markets space and is accountable for the go to market strategy, enabling customers to transform their businesses through technology.

Prior to joining Equinix, Kristen held progressive positions at Bell Canada, Q9 Networks and CIBC Mellon and has been an impactful leader through the integration of the Bell Canada Data Centre’s into Equinix and the development of the joint strategy for Equinix and Bell Canada sellers. Kristen has a wealth of experience in digital transformation and IT and boasts over 10 years of sales experience driving growth of company revenue.

Kristen has an Honors Management Degree from University of Toronto and a Digital Technology Certificate from Sheridan College.

Kristen is also actively involved in the Equinix Women’s Leadership Network, Women in Technology Sales subcommittee and WeAreEquinix as a leader and Ambassador for Canada. Previously, Kristen has lead women’s affinity groups and participates in mentorship programs at CIBC Mellon and BNY Mellon.
