Madhura Chopda
Madhura Chopda
Director of Engineering, Security Analyst Experience

My name is Madhura Chopda and I currently work at Elastic as director of engineering leading enterprise security analyst experience team. I have been here for ~3 years. I lead a team of awesome engineers and leaders who are passionate about making an impact, build performant enterprise security software, believe in open culture and collaboration. It has been a great journey so far.

I started my engineering career working in access, provisioning and identity management at Persistent Systems in Pune, India in 2004. A serendipity brought me to the silicon valley in 2007 and that shaped my career into enterprise security further. For 12 years I have had the pleasure of being associated with ArcSight’s enterprise security solution suite. My work included numerous projects related to data collection, parsing, normalization, data storage, monitoring, config mgmt, etc. I am very passionate about working with people.

My source of energy and my support system is my family. They always make sure that there is never a dull moment when I am at home.

I look forward to being part of another great group here

Stacey King Poling
Stacey King Poling
Director, Platform Engineering Productivity

I am a devops, observability, and integration engineer with 15+ years of leadership - accomplished in a broad scope of technology, technical product management and driving initiatives for transformation.

Seeing the whole picture, finding the gaps and improving the process overall is what I do best. Most importantly- I am REALLY, REALLY good at creating relationships and building bridges between the silos - creating true DevOps culture.

It really fires me up to improve quality in any area that I can find, turning resource waste into revenue generation. The reality is, if you get the environments supporting code in a fast, seamless, failure-proof way and deploy code that is high quality and fully tested – spending less time in triage or outages - you have more time for innovation and developing better, customer-focused products - all driving an increase in business. Who doesn’t love that?

My interests and experience focus on search, knowledge management, data visualization, and interaction design. I have worn many different hats, but what I like most is helping a team invent, design, and build great applications that serve end users. Because great software is always a team effort.
