Meet The Speaker
Anchal Khatwani is a Software Engineering Manager at Autodesk.
Anchal leads a team of software development engineers, localization specialists and interns at Autodesk.
She joined Autodesk 14 years ago and has led transformational projects driving strategic alignment, process efficiencies and business excellence. Her team is responsible for creating the tools and the platform that enable Autodesk to bring its products to the non-English speaking markets thereby contributing to more than half of the revenue for the company.
Anchal is a strong advocate for inclusive practices and nurturing a growth mindset.
Anchal has been actively involved with Autodesk Women's Network, one of the many Employee Resource Groups, since the past 7 years and currently sits on the Global Board for Autodesk Women's Network.
She is a passionate change maker and strongly believes in creating equal accessibility for underrepresented groups through intentional programming and events around professional development and community building.
