Joining us for a live Q&A will be Riot Game team members Julia Marsh, Director of User Experience Design for VALORANT, and Lynda Tang, Technical Game Designer, to dismantle myths about working in the gaming industry.

Meet The Speakers
Lynda Tang is a Technical Game Designer at Riot Games, working across Riot’s five titles to ensure that players have the best in-game experiences possible.
She started at Riot as an intern back in 2016 and now works as a Set Lead on Teamfight Tactics.
Lynda received both her Bachelor’s in computer science and her Master’s in Human Computer Interaction from MIT.
Julia Marsh is currently Director of User Experience Design on VALORANT at RiotGames.
VALORANT is Riot’s competitive 5v5 character-based tactical shooter, and the user experience team is central to defining the team’s product and feature vision for our players.
The UX team is entrusted to design solutions that help players understand and operate our game systems.
Julia has worked in the games industry since 2015, and has 15+ years experience in UX across branding, ecommerce and software development.
