Meet The Speaker
Michelle is a UX writer for SquadFlow who transitioned into UX after more than a decade in social services. She uses her perspective-taking, advocating, and interviewing skills daily to ensure the best user experience possible. Michelle graduated from General Assembly’s UXDI course in April of 2022.
