According to the Work Institute, employee turnover has cost US industries more than $630 billion. Not only is turnover expensive, but it almost always leads to lowered company morale, knowledge loss, and decreased productivity.

That’s where the three pillars of training, recognition, and DEIB come into play. When thoughtfully and intentionally combined, these three pillars create foundational support that nurtures teams and builds an ideal company culture.

In the spirit of empowerment, we’re partnering with BizLibrary and Blueboard on a compelling roundtable to discuss how a holistic employee engagement strategy can prevent turnover and boost overall company health.

BizLibrary’s Carli Cordes (Manager, Talent and Employee Experience) will cover the upsides of upskilling, while Blueboard’s Shireen El-Maissi (Manager, People & Talent) will review the benefits of impactful employee recognition programs. Finally, Sienna Brown (Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) will tell us how a comprehensive DEIB blueprint drives employee satisfaction.

During this live Q&A, you’ll learn:

  • Why you need an effective employee engagement strategy
  • Ways your efforts will impact team member wellbeing (and consequently, your turnover rate)
  • Actionable short-term and long-term steps to improve employee engagement
