Cynthia’s effectiveness working across sales, product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for the user drives her success in onboarding happy customers to Datadog.

Rachel Knoche (she/her) started her professional journey as a software engineer, but her passion for building relationships in conjunction with her technical background led her to pivot her career towards sales engineering. Her commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity in tech is equally matched by her drive to make a positive impact in the field.

Sean Schaab

Manager, Sales Engineering

Sean Schaab (they/them) is a Commercial Sales Engineering Manager at Datadog, based out of Los Angeles, CA. Prior to Datadog, they were a barber for seven years, during which they taught themself programming Ruby and Node.JS apps, and then went to a bootcamp to solidify the knowledge. They began their career at Datadog as a Support Engineer in 2018. Throughout their time at Datadog, they were promoted from support engineer to sales engineer to manager. They are an activist and advocate for gender equality and trans rights both internally at Datadog and in their community where they lead LGBTQIA+ Community Groups and fundraisers.
