Tina Lai is a Silicon Valley veteran with over 16 years in sales ~ starting from retail to insurance, freelance marketplace to services; and then finding her niche in tech. As an aficionado for technology and a lifelong proponent of enabling businesses to be future-forward, she's dedicated her life to helping others advance in both tech and sales.
Tina's established her career helping early-stage startups realize their full revenue potential: from United Insurance to its Blackstone Group acquisition, Demandforce to its Intuit acquisition, and Upwork to IPO ~ Tina's played a key role in helping each company achieve success.
After working as an independent consultant and recommending Salesforce to all of her startups, Tina realized her home had always been Salesforce. And that is where she's been since.

Salma is originally from Tehran, Iran, and immigrated to Victoria BC Canada in her early childhood. She is passionate about social impact, creating results-driven winning teams while fostering an inclusive, fun, collaborative, and always learning team environment.
