Susanna Sabbagh (Executive Director, Venture Development, Halliburton Labs) has been with Halliburton, one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry, for over 25 years. She'll share the surprising diversity of routes into the industry — including what the environment is like, the skill set you need to thrive, and how to enjoy a fulfilling trajectory.

Susanna joined Halliburton in 1997 as manager of the advanced data services group. She has since held leadership roles in business development and operations in Europe, Canada, and the United States. Her previous roles include director of program management for production enhancement, vice president of marketing and communications, and vice president of Halliburton Digital Solutions. Currently, she leads venture development for Halliburton Labs, helping early-stage cleantech companies achieve their scaling milestones and developing new business opportunities for Halliburton in emerging markets.
Susanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Cambridge.
