Kaelyn Schachter, vice president of enterprise sales North America, “Every day is an interview.” That's the philosophy the team at insightsoftware lives by when it comes to advancing careers in software sales. Kaelyn Schachter, vice president of enterprise sales North America, Chris Lassiter, enterprise account manager and Ciera Dotson, channel partner manager at insightsoftware, will join us to discuss how a curious mindset, goal setting, effective communication, and networking will help you succeed personally and professionally. The trio also understands how critical it is to track your results. After all, as W. Edwards Deming, the world-famous engineer, said, 'Without data, you're just another person with an opinion." Another mantra that inspires the teams at insightsoftware – and can inspire you, too. Expect to take away: Kaelyn Schachter is the Vice President of Enterprise Sales in North America at insightsoftware. Over her career in technology, Kaelyn has been able to quickly advance by focusing on the success of not only herself, but her team and others around her. She has a tremendously successful track record building and scaling enterprise software sales teams. She is passionate about the sales process and the strategies around an effective enterprise selling motion. Finding the right combination of data and the art of selling has been a key area of focus. Outside of work, Kaelyn and her family live outside of Atlanta. She enjoys the idea of traveling, spending time on her boat and playing a little golf, but her 5 children, 3 dogs and 3 cats take up most of her time. Chris Lassiter had over 16 years of experience driving success in remarkable companies and organizations focusing on visionary guidance for sales, customer service, and non-profit teams. Chris has trained and led impactful individuals united by a common goal: making a positive difference. As a former VP and seasoned account manager, Chris has learned how to communicate across diverse industries, create and leverage my personal and professional networks, and meet people where they are. His mastery of sales strategy, research, preparation, white glove customer service, leadership, and public speaking ignites success from every angle, driving unparalleled results. Beyond work, Chris is a devoted husband and father, as well as a proud dog dad to Hobie and Goose. He supports UNC passionately, embraces the life lessons of golf, and finds purpose in YMCA contributions. Chris is always excited to expand his knowledge, nurture his curiosity, and advocate for diversity in his community.
