Shauna-Gae Davis

DT-US Portfolio Leader & Chief DEI Leader | National DEI Black & Allies Communities Leader

With over 27 years of an accomplished leader, Shauna has been recognized for driving transformational programs and delivering Deloitte initiatives in business critical areas within the Firm.

In her current role as Deloitte’s Technology Business Leader, Shauna fosters and manages relationships between technology and internal clients. Adept in influencing teams and stakeholders, she is known for driving critical and sustainable business processes and solutions; while driving consensus in a complex matrix organizations. She continues to drive excellence through value-based delivery outcomes while not losing sight of what matters most to her clients and her teams. Shauna also is Technology’s Chief Diversity Equity and Inclusion leader ; and Deloitte's National DEI Black & Allies leader. She is passionate on establishing DEI as a critical component of the business model while mentoring her colleagues to uncover and evolve their strengths to realize their full potential.

Within her local communities, her passion and commitment for developing and mentoring young student leaders has been on display as a soccer coach and mentor of student - athletes for the last 20 years. Shauna believes that one of the cornerstones of success is paying it forward, bringing your most impactful energy to the table, and living everyday as a gift.

Gabrielle Brown

Specialist, Technology Operations

Specialist, Technology Operations with almost 2 years of experience in coordinating day-to-day operations in support of the Program Management Office (PMO) while simultaneously supporting the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) portfolio. Adept at developing and implementing operational strategies to standardize processes and increase efficiency, putting relationships with key stakeholders at the forefront. In addition, serve as a PMO co-lead for the National Black & Allies Community Core Team of the National Purpose and DEI Office. Striving to realize operational excellence and continuous improvement of the Community through managing relationships with stakeholders, team coordination and collaboration, and process improvement.

Nadine Jean-Baptiste

Senior Manager, Technology Support

Nadine has over 25 years of experience in technology management, specializing in strategic planning, operations, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Technology Solutions and Support at Deloitte, she is adept at driving business technology integration and fostering collaborative relationships with business leaders. She has a proven track record of optimizing technology operations and facilitating optimal performance through hybrid support models. Nadine joined Deloitte in 2019 and is skilled in team leadership, people development, and utilizing key performance indicators to ensure service excellence. Previous roles include Technology Support Management in education and Technology Risk Management and Information Security leader in the financial sector, demonstrating expertise in managing multi-site teams, establishing security standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
