Meet The Speakers
I'm Merisha Nayager, a dedicated Talent Specialist at PowerToFly. In addition to my professional endeavors, I proudly embrace the role of being a mom to a soon-to-be 6-year-old. My life revolves around creating a harmonious balance between my career and family, and I find joy in the little moments that come with parenthood.
I earned my degree in Psychology and Communication Science from the University of South Africa, a foundation that has significantly enriched my understanding of human behavior and effective communication. My academic background complements my role as a Talent Specialist, where I engage with individuals and organizations to create meaningful connections.
With a diverse career journey, I have honed my skills in the corporate world, specializing in Talent Acquisition. Additionally, I've contributed my expertise as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in a dynamic Recruitment Agency. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape, enabling me to navigate challenges and find exceptional talent.
This year marks my third anniversary with PowerToFly, a journey filled with growth, learning, and impactful contributions. I am committed to championing diversity, inclusion, and empowerment in the workplace, making PowerToFly an exciting platform to effect positive change.
