Sneh loves building products and teams and has been fortunate to be part of some of the most interesting organizations where she got to witness both insane growth and successful acquisition. She is excited by the process of conceptualizing a product from the ground up and chasing its growth. Currently, she is loving the challenge of building the EG traveler wallet, consolidating traveler’s purchasing power under a single umbrella, and driving KPIs such as retention and revenue growth.

In her past experiences, she has built and run a B2B product company and has had an enriching cross-domain experience in B2C product management ranging from ecommerce to food tech to the subscription economy. Sneh has led, worked with, and managed teams, and she enjoys the process of building a team as much as she enjoys the product development process.

Solving experience design problems for over 15 years across multiple industries and organizational setups, Akanksha has gathered rich experiences in designing for Indian as well as global consumers. The varied experiences have helped her understand the key nuances and differences in market needs and develop her intuition to design successful user-centric products. Some of the key industries and problem spaces she has worked on include India real estate digital products for buyers, agents, and owners, used goods marketplaces, ecommerce digital products, fintech, and payments.

Akanksha is a big proponent of driving positive business and customer outcomes via data-driven design and hence believes in a balanced approach towards launching incrementally better experiences in the market aligned towards a high-level vision, which enables learning and failing fast. She believes that the superpower of any designer is to create beautiful intuitive experiences that truly align perfectly with an inherent job that the user is trying to accomplish.
