Amplifying Black Excellence - How to Support Black Leadership as a Non-Black PoC

To all non-Black people of color — it’s time to speak up against the anti-Blackness in your communities. For this frank conversation, Moving Beyond founder Aparna (uh-par-nuh) Rae will discuss ways that non-Black team members can support Black leadership at their companies through education and recognition. Aparna works at the intersection of D&I and organizational design. In 2015 she launched (fee-r-kee) Firki India’s first online teacher education platform supporting 1 million educators in its first year and in 2019 she launched Future for Us, a platform to advance women of color at work and grew a professional community of 11,000.
