Saagar Thakkar
Saagar Thakkar
CMG Purpose & DEI Leader

Saagar Thakkar, born and raised in DC, is the CMG DEI Leader. In this role, he sets the DEI strategy and aspirations for the CMG organization. Additionally he spends his time in the market serving clients in two specific areas. Saagar has spent nearly two decades helping newly appointed executives successfully transition into leadership roles. He also spends his time designing and facilitating leadership offsites. Saagar loves to travel and he started his Deloitte career while living in Singapore. He has two kids and in his spare 32 minutes each day, he spends it either working out or playing basketball. To the displeasure of many, he’s neither a cat or dog person. He’s also a failing stand up comedian.

As a Global Client Relationship Executive, Nicolle cultivates Deloitte's strategic and multi-dimensional relationship with iconic brands. This includes serving as a connection point to the breadth of capabilities, market insights, technology solutions, and leadership assets Deloitte's global network has to offer.

As a parent of twins with special needs, Nicolle is a passionate champion for underrepresented communities with a focus on creating access and opportunity for others to achieve their full potential.

Marketing Senior Manager

Martha Koeppen is a Marketing Senior Manager within the Marketing Excellence organization at Deloitte, based out of the Houston, TX office. She has been a key member of the Strategic Resource Management team for more than 8 years where she is able to leverage her broad and unique marketing skillset to fill strategic talent gaps for Marketing Excellence leadership. Whether teams require highly strategic oversight, or deep-dive marketing strategy, Martha is able to quickly ramp up and add value to any project.

Martha earned her MBA in Marketing and Business Ethics Management from the University of St. Thomas. She is a bilingual (Spanish) Marketing Leader with 20 years of strategic marketing experience within professional services firms. Martha is a Deloitte ‘boomerang’, previously an industry marketing manager for the Deloitte Energy, Resources & Industrials practice. Prior to re-joining Deloitte, Martha was the Geography Marketing leader at PwC, leading several initiatives for marketplace and industry.

Marketing Operations Manager

Tracey Willis is an accomplished marketing leader with more than 19 years of experience in B2B marketing. She has a degree in Graphic Communications from North Carolina A&T State University and has also studied Computer Science at UNC-Greensboro. Her diverse educational background has been instrumental in delivering innovative solutions by integrating creative and technical perspectives. This approach has helped her to think outside the box and lead critical marketing projects focused on innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness, driving business success. Tracey is passionate about mentoring and inspiring the next generation of marketers, encouraging them to explore their passions and hone their skills.

Amanda Fletcher

GPS Marketing Portfolio Leader

Amanda brings over 15 years of experience providing marketing and communication support to public and private sector organizations. She has been with the firm for more than 7 years. She currently serves as a Strategic Marketer and Portfolio Lead for the Defense Security & Justice (DS&J) sector within GPS Marketing. Amanda came to Deloitte from the United Service Organizations (USO) where she served as a marketing and communications expert and internal consultant to the organization's 180 locations worldwide. Previously, she served in the public affairs headquarters for both the US Army and US Navy in the Pentagon and began her career supporting press operations on Capitol Hill. Amanda currently resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, two daughters and goldendoodle.
