Holding dual master's degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior from Brooklyn College, LaToya possesses a profound understanding of the complexities within organizational dynamics and human behavior. Her extensive professional journey encompasses roles such as executive coaching, spearheading organizational changes, and leading culture transformations across global technology companies.
