Director, Software Quality

Jade is currently a Director of Software Quality at Sonos and has been with the company for over 6 years. For over a decade, she honed her skills at IBM, where she served as a Senior Backend Software Development Engineer in Test. In 2017, Jade's journey took an exciting turn as she joined Sonos, where she transitioned from enterprise applications to cloud services. Her inaugural project involved pioneering a music search service with Google Assistant—a groundbreaking initiative that brought her directly impacted Sonos customers.

Naomi Wright
Naomi Wright
Sr. DEI Program Manager
Naomi Wright (she/her) brings over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a consistent focus on inclusivity within the recruitment process. She has recently transitioned to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team at Sonos, where she serves as the Sr. DEI Program Manager. In this role, Naomi leads efforts to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce by designing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee belonging using data-driven insights. Working closely with Employee Resource Group leaders, Naomi provides strategic guidance to help amplify their voices and deepen their impact. Her strategies improve employee belonging by addressing gaps and creating lasting solutions.
