Meet The Speakers

Tram Le-Ngoc
Tram Le-Ngoc
Senior Manager Technical Programs

Tram Le-Ngoc, Senior Manager Technical Programs at Autodesk, has been with the company for 18 years. She specializes in managing complex cross-product collaborations and delivering products. Tram's leadership stands out for her ability to engage teams and build partnerships across different disciplines. She is dedicated to coaching, mentoring, and creating an inclusive work environment to foster individual’s growth and success. As the Montreal Chapter Lead for the Asian Network ERG, she aspires to build a supportive community. She has a background in software development in the flight simulation industry and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Concordia University, Canada. Her upbringing in Vietnam, Côte d’Ivoire, and now Canada, guides her global mindset and her passion for creative collaborations, with a belief that curiosity and empathy are at the heart of impactful change.

Chloé Mignot
Chloé Mignot
Manager, Principal Software Development

Chloé completed a bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematics. Having an interest in 3d modeling and animation, she started her career working on solid geometry modeling and animation of mathematical surfaces in the early 2000s. Chloé joined Autodesk in 2004 to work on 3ds Max as a software developer. Over the years, she built a solid expertise of 3ds Max development contributing to a wide range of subjects: data exchange, interactive workflows, animation, rendering. More recently, she joined the Security team for the Entertainment and Media Solution group moving forward with new opportunities to have an impact on our customers. She is also passionate about early career recruitment and mentoring, working with interns for several years now.

Sylvie Grant
Sylvie Grant
Senior Manager Technical Programs

Sylvie joined Autodesk as a Technical Program Manager in April 2022, and is now leading the AEC Data Model programs for the PSET organization. Her educational background includes an Executive MBA, a PMP Certification, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Concordia University. Alongside her professional responsibilities, giving back to her community is important to Sylvie, she dedicates time to volunteer for Greek Girls events and serves as the co-Lead for the Montreal AWN Chapter. Previously, Sylvie had spent 22 years at CAE, specializing in synthetic environment for flight simulation, and held several leadership roles. Currently, she holds the position of Senior Manager, Technical Programs at Autodesk, leading a team of TPMs for the APMO, Agile Program Management Office. Outside of work, Sylvie enjoys staying in shape, cooking (and eating), skiing and winter sports but most of all spending time with her two teenagers.
