Jamie Lyn Woods is a user advocate who utilizes research to find solvable pain points and help ideate on improved user-centered products. With a background of over a decade in theatre design, she has a strong grasp on storytelling and human emotions which allow her to build strong user empathy among many of her cross-functional teammates. She has grown a lot during her time with Solstice which began a little over a year ago when she joined the summer internship team as a User Experience Researcher.
María Florencia Iglesias is a User Experience Designer with a background in Graphic Design and 7 years of experience in the field. Since 2016 she has been working at Solstice Argentina as a UXD Sr. Consultant; translating user needs to business outcomes by designing products that address real problems discovered through first-hand user feedback.
