Meet The Speakers

Kaja Podgórna-Strzelec
Kaja Podgórna-Strzelec
HR Director, CEE & Tech Hub at Visa

Kaja recently joined Visa in June to support the rapid growth of the Tech Hub in Warsaw and to provide HR expertise to the CEE Commercial team. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, covering various functional areas such as Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Organizational Design. Kaja enjoys a good book, cooking with her two little girls, and hiking in the mountains.

Robert Noga
Robert Noga
Senior Director of Software Engineering at Visa

Robert is an experienced professional with a strong foundation in software engineering. He has contributed to some of the largest European Software Houses, delivering solutions to the financial sector.

His experience also includes a tenure at Brown Brothers Harriman Bank, where he assisted in establishing and expanding the Tech Center in Poland, as well as overseeing Digital Transformation initiatives.

In 2024 joined Visa as Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead the development efforts in the area of Digital Enabled Platform in Value Added Services.

He graduated with a Master of Science degree in Physics and Nuclear Techniques from AGH University in Krakow.

Debbie Love
Debbie Love
Vice President, Open VisaNet at Visa

Debbie serves as the Vice President of Portfolio and Business Operations for Open VisaNet. With more than two decades at Visa, she has undertaken numerous roles within technology, covering areas like Operations, Network and Client Endpoint Engineering, and Product, Program/Project Management, where she spearheaded significant initiatives such as Tokenisation (ApplePay for Europe). Currently, Debbie co-chairs the Women In Technology Employee Resource Group and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive atmosphere within the technology.

Szymon Piądłowski
Szymon Piądłowski
Chief Architect, CMS at Visa

Szymon has 18 years of experience in the Banking, Finance, Payments, and Insurance sectors, including a two-year break to explore Pharma solutions. Since 2010, he has focused on data processing and low latency, highly available solutions for both International Banks and Polish financial institutions within the Big Data sphere, with most of these solutions being used for Data Science purposes and Machine Learning.

His passion for coding ignited in the 4th grade with Turbo Basic and his first computer, an Atari 65XE. As a child, he combined a love for technology and creativity by playing with large transistors, microscopes, and LEGO.

Privately, he is a fan of Disney animations and classic cartoons like Tom & Jerry, 'Pat a Mat,' and Winnie-the-Pooh, and also enjoys reading fantasy books. Among friends and family, he is known as Fix-it Felix or "Handyman," and is the go-to person for solving technical challenges. His engineering passion manifests in woodcrafting and DIY projects that he enjoys in his free time.

He loves tackling challenges and believes that constructive direct feedback is better than silence, and that even from the largest disputes, better solutions will arise. In December 2023, he joined Visa as Chief Architect to help solve challenges in Software Engineering in the CMS PD area, working with teams across multiple locations.
