Meet The Speakers
Chris Bittner leads Autodesk’s Enterprise Customer Success Organization, a team of over 500 post-sales experts who are focused on delivering measurable outcomes and value for Autodesk’s largest accounts. He holds direct responsibility for customer consumption, as well as over $90M in annual professional services revenue.
Chris’ experience spans the entire sales and customer success functions, including leadership roles responsible customer success, sales, professional services, product support, & sales strategy design. He has broad experience and demonstrated success leading teams across the spectrum of software sales models; enterprise, mid-market, SMB, and inbound/ digital sales.
Prior to Autodesk, Chris worked in Management consulting where he helped global sales leaders develop and execute strategies that accelerate growth. He holds an MBA from the Drucker School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the California State University, Long Beach.
Saikat Bhattacharya leads the Technology Consulting team in North America within the Enterprise Customer Success’s Consulting team. His team comprises of Solution Architects and Technical Consultants who are focused on developing custom solutions and integrations to help Autodesk’s largest/enterprise Customers achieve their business initiatives leveraging Autodesk platform and products.
Saikat has been with Autodesk for the past 20 years working from various locations internationally and various roles in various teams. In his experience with Autodesk, Saikat has mostly focused on Autodesk platform and products integration capabilities either as a technology evangelist or as a subject matter expert in Autodesk products and programming interfaces to leading Consulting initiatives for many leading Customers to managing Consulting service line and leading the technology consulting team.
Saikat holds a Master of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), New York) and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi, which serves as India’s national center of excellence in field of Architecture.
