Matthew Saxon
Matthew Saxon
Chief People Officer

Matthew is responsible for leading the People team at Zoom. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the employee experience, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, and Total Rewards.

Matthew has over two decades of experience in the HR field. He most recently served as Vice President of People Operations at Meta, where he helped develop the strategic people roadmap and led the delivery of programs and services supporting significant increases in headcount and company growth. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Compensation, HR Operations, and Shared Services for Humana Inc., as well as Vice President of Total Rewards and Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Alexis Armstrong

Alexis Armstrong runs the Women at Zoom group across the UK and Ireland. As a Sales Leader there, her role at Zoom is leading a team of talented sellers to help companies transform the way they communicate and collaborate. She's passionate about helping women, especially with their careers. Alexis used to work across North America from her home country, Canada, so brings a bit of a diverse network to this region.

Monique, a Dutch native in Haarlem, has over 20 years of experience in sales and 8 years in management, giving her valuable insights into workplace diversity. As co-founder of the "Women @ Zoom Amsterdam" group, she aims to inspire and support women through relevant discussions. Her work showcases how leveraging diverse strengths leads to exceptional results.

Evelyn Boyle is a Customer Success Manager with 10 years of experience in the customer and employee experience technology sector. Currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at Workvivo by Zoom, Evelyn is passionate about helping customers enhance their employee experience, a commitment she also deeply passionate about at Zoom. In her previous roles at Salesforce and Medallia, she was an active member of Women's ERG networks, advocating for gender equality and inclusion. Evelyn is dedicated to empowering women at every stage of their careers, encouraging them to use their voices and bring their authentic selves to work.

Adanna Igbokwe is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Zoom. Adanna is also an active leader in the UK Zoom Women and Black network, advocating for greater inclusivity and diversity in the IT sector. Her expertise in customer-facing roles and her commitment to empowering teams make her a valuable contributor to discussions on technology and collaboration.
