Throughout her career, Brown has been instrumental in helping organizations gain investment while prioritizing diverse talent. Her expertise lies in developing strategic programming to enable, elevate, and re-energize leaders to guide organizational transformation. Brown's approach focuses on redefining work through inclusion, impact, influence, and integrity.
Previously, as Sr. Director of DEIB at PowerToFly, Brown built a department from the ground up, delivering strategic learning and development programs that increased employee engagement and advocacy in over 50+ global organizations.
Her work has gained recognition on platforms such as Forbes, TedX, Insider, CNN, and NPR. Brown collaborates with organizations to create transformative strategies that secure employee, consumer, and financial investment while staying true to their vision and values.
Jason Putnam, an award-winning sales leader, oversees Plum’s strategy, driving revenue generation initiatives and expanding into new markets to meet customer demand. Since joining Plum in December 2021, Jason has helped drive substantial growth in the company’s pipeline and client base, which under his guidance, jumped 20 percent in six short months. Prior to Plum, Jason served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Enterprise Business Unit of PandoLogic, where he increased the company’s new business pipeline by 6X. Before that, Jason was Chief Revenue Officer at BountyJobs, a third-party recruiting platform for collaboration between employers and search firms. Throughout his career, Jason has repeatedly grown businesses to exit, having held strategic sales and business development titles at Noesis Financing (acquired by LeaseQ), MFG.com, Oodle (acquired by QVC), Jobfox (acquired by Doostang), and KnowledgeStorm (acquired by TechTarget).

Quinn has taught Speech Communications for 5 years at Coppin State University, earned a Bachelor's Degree from West Chester University and a Masters from Howard University in Washington DC.

Kylee Piper is a seasoned HR and People leader, currently serving as Lead People Partner at 15Five. With a deep focus on human-centered leadership, she collaborates closely with senior business leaders to drive higher employee engagement, performance, manager effectiveness, and retention. Over her career, she has driven DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives, launched learning and development programs, and played key roles in strategic business operations. Prior to 15Five, Kylee held leadership roles at Extra Card, Canvas, and Credit Karma, where she optimized HR processes and advanced diversity hiring efforts. She resides in Denver, Colorado.
