Work comes packaged with a heap of expectations, and some of the heaviest are the ones that are unstated, assumed, or wholly coming from yourself. (Or are they coming from that teacher you had when you were 10?) Maintaining your mental wellbeing isn't as simple as "Work-Life Balance." Join us for an insightful chat and learn session with the co-chairs of Gainsight's "MindMatters" Employee Resource Group, Revathi Menon and Seth Wylie. They'll explore the challenges in this space, share stories that have shaped their perspectives, and help you imagine ways to approach work so it feels less like surviving, and more like thriving.

Key topics include:

  • Detecting boundaries that are meaningful to you, and communicating them with respect
  • Noticing the first signs of burnout, and intentionally crafting your relationship with the ambient pressure to excel
  • Creating environments that foster supportive relationships with colleagues, and a culture of respect for mental wellbeing
