In an increasingly AI-driven world, organizations are realizing that AI enablement is more than just a technical upgrade—it's a strategic initiative that can transform business outcomes. However, with AI’s rapid integration into the workplace, ethical concerns such as bias, transparency, and privacy are becoming critical. So, how can companies leverage AI to drive strategy while maintaining ethical integrity?

PowerToFly invites you to a leadership forum exploring the ways that AI can shape current and future strategic initiatives from inclusive hiring to ongoing upskilling, all while maintaining ethical responsibility. During this roundtable discussion, you’ll hear from industry thought leaders plus have an opportunity to share what is working (and not working) with your own team.

Join us as we explore:

  • The role of AI in shaping long-term business strategy
  • How to integrate AI while maintaining ethical standards in the workplace
  • Practical steps for navigating AI-related challenges in HR and DEIB
