He currently serves as a Business Programs Manager at Expedia Group and as the Commander of an Information Operations Company in the Washington Army National Guard. Committed to fostering community and culture, Alex volunteers as a board member of HopeCentral, mentors, and organizes events for children. He is passionate about helping individuals find their voice and guiding teams to discover their intersection of purpose, potential, and impact.

Melanie Suggs is the current Global Partnership Chair for BEAM at Expedia Group. She champions diversity, equity, and inclusion with Expedians, partners, and external organizations alike.
