Abbey Young joined Dassault Systèmes in 2018 as a Recruiting Coordinator, where she quickly made an impact in the field of talent acquisition. By early 2020, she transitioned into full-cycle recruiting, further enhancing her skills and contributions to the company.
Since the fall of 2018, Abbey has been an active member of the Talent Acquisition Diversity Project/Group, demonstrating her commitment to fostering diversity within the workplace. Under her influence, Dassault Systèmes has partnered with PowerToFly since 2021, a collaboration aimed at promoting inclusivity in hiring practices.
Abbey is enthusiastic about continuing the progression and development of all diversity initiatives within Dassault Systèmes, striving to create a more equitable environment for all employees.
Michael Russo is a seasoned and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner with a proven track record of building strong relationships, fostering collaboration, meeting business goals, and hiring top talent.
