Meet The Speaker
Jordan Cooper was raised on the Osage Reservation in Northeast Oklahoma, made famous by the movie "Killers of the Flower Moon", which depicted the murder of members of the Osage tribe over mineral land rights. She studied fashion merchandising at Texas State University and went on to do visual merchandising for Michael Kors for almost five years. after which she moved into Tech Sales. As a DEIB Champion, Jordan discusses the pride and power she feels being Osage, how the tribe is known for being resilient and strong, and how she strives to honor her ancestors every day. When she's not at work, she spends time with her husband, two dogs and a bearded dragon named Burrata.
