Limor is an Executive Coach and podcast host dedicated to empowering women in tech leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President of the International Coaching Federation Israel chapter. Her podcast, "From a Woman to a Leader," launched in 2023, provides actionable insights and strategies for women navigating career challenges in the tech industry, featuring weekly episodes with successful women sharing their professional journeys. With over 20 years of experience in tech, including roles as a software engineer, engineering manager, and Director of Engineering, Limor now focuses on coaching women to break through barriers, build confidence, and advance their careers. She is passionate about mentorship, having created a mentorship program with PowerToFly and currently helping women in engineering progress to leadership roles through her structured coaching process.
