Thirteen years ago I was completely incapable of communicating, and when confronted, was an extremely difficult person to interact with. Today I am a Senior Project Manager and a certified communication coach who's helping to change the lives of the difficult people I now can empathize with. After being raised in two highly abusive homes, I underwent a decade of extensive therapy, pursued an education in self-development, and drastically altered my perception of human to human interaction. These changes allowed me to significantly transform my personal life and career in the last two years - including a 50% raise in salary!
In this chat, I want you to walk away with:
- Tips for identifying difficult mindsets
- Methods for dealing with internal mindset shifts
- Strategies to better communicate with friends, peers, and coworkers
