Stephanie Kara Jordan is a talent acquisition expert who specializes in full-cycle recruitment for Sales and GTM roles. She’s supported high-growth tech startups in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Katie Finn

Katie Finn is a talent acquisition leader with 20 years of experience driving recruitment strategy across top-tier media and entertainment companies. Currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Dow Jones, Katie partners closely with executive leadership to attract and retain top talent in journalism, data, business intelligence, and digital innovation.
Her career spans some of the most recognized names in media, including Disney General Entertainment, where she rose from Senior Recruiter to a leadership position, overseeing high-impact hiring initiatives across creative, editorial, and production teams.
Katie began her career at Fox News Channel as a newsroom assistant and writer, bringing a strong editorial foundation to her talent work. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College and is known for building high-performing, collaborative recruitment teams that thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
