Jackie is an Associate Consultant at Esri focusing on the optimization of GIS within the Managed Land sector. Her background includes years of GIS support for environmental issues at local and regional scales. After starting as an intern at Esri, Jackie has grown to independently and successfully manage complex projects and large technical teams to address evolving natural resource management challenges in the federal space.
Joseph Munyao is a Senior Technical Consultant at Esri, where he leads the technology team within the Environment and Geodesign division of Esri Professional Services. In this leadership role, he partners with organizations to design and deploy enterprise-scale geospatial solutions using ArcGIS, enabling them to address complex challenges with agility and insight. With a strong focus on strategic alignment, Joseph also advises clients on geospatial governance—developing frameworks that connect GIS programs to broader organizational priorities. His guidance on policy, standards, and operational models ensures geospatial systems are not only technically robust but also enterprise-ready, secure, and sustainable.
