I didn’t always work in Sales; I worked 5 years in HR before taking a leap of faith to start Sales Enablement at a software company. It’s not only difficult to dive into something you don’t understand fully, but even more challenging to do so as a woman in a male-dominated function. I found success and empowerment by working diligently towards my goals, boldly embracing who I am, and taking some fun risks along the way (including recording my own rap songs and music videos to publish company-wide!). Christi Wall specializes in building and leading sales enablement programs for SaaS organizations in the cybersecurity space. She currently leads Revenue Enablement at Chainalysis, an investigation and compliance software company used by law enforcement agencies, regulators, and businesses to combat fraud, money laundering, and illicit activity involving cryptocurrencies. Prior to Chainalysis, she led Training & Enablement at Ping Identity, helping scale the sales organization through various growth stages (VC-backed, PE-owned, through IPO). She received a B.A. in Communication from Truman State University and is currently an Executive MBA candidate at INSEAD.
