An invitation-only session for senior consulting professionals in Tokyo, exploring how AI is reshaping the industry and what it means for the work ahead.

Visa Consulting & Analytics is hosting a small, curated gathering for senior professionals working at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and consulting.

This is not a conference or open networking event. It is a focused morning session designed for substantive conversation, peer exchange, and a closer look at how some of the most consequential shifts in our industry are playing out in practice.

Featured speakers from Visa will include Hui Cong, Data Scientist Director and Morihide Madenokoji, Vice President, Head of Client Relationship Management.

Spaces are limited. Attendance is by invitation only.

Arrival: 8:30 AM JST (light breakfast will be provided from arrival )

Session: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM JST

Location: Marunouchi Building, 24th Floor, Tokyo

The arrival window opens from 8:30 AM, with guests asked to be seated by 8:55 AM to allow the session to begin promptly at 9:00 AM.

Meet The Speakers

Morihide Madenokoji
Morihide Madenokoji
Head of Client Relationship Management, Visa Worldwide Japan Co., Ltd.

Mori Madenokoji was appointed as Head of Client Relationship Management, Japan in Oct 2020. He is accountable for business development and relationship management with Visa’s clients in Japan.

He joined Visa in Oct 2016 as a leader of Visa Consulting and Analytics, Japan.

Prior to joining Visa, he spent many years as a senior consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services (previously PWC Consulting), held various senior technology roles at UBS, before moving on to become a partner at Rise Consulting Group.

Mori holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is currently a Tokyo resident, but has also lived/worked in the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore and Australia.

Visaには、コンサルティング&アナリティクス事業の日本リーダーとして2016年10月に入社。

Visa参画前は、国内ベンチャー(ライズ・コンサルティング・グループ)や外資系コンサルティングファーム(IBMビジネスコンサルティングサービス)にて銀行業・カード業・保険業等への経営コンサルティングを担当し、また、外資系金融グループ(UBS)ではビジネスアナリスト、プロジェクトマネージャー、IT部門統括、経営委員会メンバーとして活動。

Hui Cong
Hui Cong
Data Scientist Director, Visa Consulting & Analytics

Hui Cong is a Director of Data Science at Visa Consulting & Analytics Japan, where she leads advanced analytics and GenAI initiatives for major Japanese financial institutions and merchants. She drives business impact by translating data and emerging technologies into clear strategic and executional outcomes. As Japan’s GenAI Champion, Hui focuses on scaling responsible AI adoption and strengthening leadership capability across teams.

Hui joined Visa Japan in August 2019. Prior to joining Visa, she served as a data science lead at an IT company in Japan, leading cross group data strategy.

Hui holds a Ph.D. in Economics. Originally from China, she has spent most of her professional career in Japan and has been based in Japan since 2007.
