When asked to spearhead the enterprise rollout and adoption of Modern Delivery—Freddie Mac’s Agile transformation—I eagerly accepted. This was a great opportunity to leverage the leadership experience I have developed over the years as a woman, a leader in technology, a mother and a spouse. I soon learned that my ability to balance multiple priorities, agendas and requirements, as well as my understanding of when to negotiate (and when to compromise!) would prove critical to my personal success and the success of the company. Throughout the Modern Delivery initiative, I have collaborated with a diverse set of stakeholders to change our culture, reinvent new ways of working and—perhaps most importantly—unleash a new level of empowerment across all levels and skillsets. Ask me anything about my career journey, how I was able to make an impact at Freddie Mac, and how you can take your career to the next level in this virtual Q&A!
During this chat, you'll walk away with...
- Strategies for maintaining a positive work life balance while continuing to grow your career
- Collaboration techniques for working with teammates, manages, and senior leaders
- How you can unleash a new level of empowerment in your current role!
