With COVID-19 a lot of company budgets have been impacted and D&I tends to be on the cutting block. This is very detrimental to not only the future of the workforce, but to the future of the company. Especially with everything going on right now with Black Lives Matter, it is important, now more than ever before, to focus on D&I. We need to make sure we are holding our companies and ourselves accountable to not only talk about D&I, but to be actively advocating for more equity in the workplace.
