Karen Fleshman, Esq. is an attorney, activist, single soccer mom, and a nationally recognized expert on racism, feminism, workplace fair practices, police brutality, and politics. In 2014, Karen founded Racy Conversations, a workshop facilitation company, to help people feel more willing and able to communicate honestly with each other, and to do so with increased empathy and understanding.
Lettie is a Black woman, historian, antiracism educator, and racial justice advocate living near Wilmington, North Carolina. She is the owner and host of the podcast "Sincerely, Lettie" where she discusses history that has been whitewashed and break it down to connect the past to today. Lettie has a BA in History (2011) from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, a MA in History (2015), and a MA in Conflict Management & Resolution (2020), both from UNCW as well.
Bridges is responsible for efforts to ensure that MarketSource is best positioned to leverage the diversity of our highly talented workforce and create extraordinary outcomes for its customers. His aim is for MarketSource to give businesses the ability to connect with the end consumer easier and faster. He served in a variety of leadership roles at Cox Automotive where he successfully built and expanded diversity-focused talent programs that spanned the U.S., as well as, launched a for-profit, diversity and inclusion initiative within CARE International that focused on delivering inclusive solutions to domestic and global clients.
