Swa De is a Senior Manager in EY’s Financial Services Technology Transformation Strategy practice with more than 13+ years of technology consulting experience primarily in the areas of IT strategy, mergers and acquisitions, planning and operations, technology portfolio modernization, IT infrastructure transformation roadmap and governance, program / project management and information security.
Dwight is the Director of Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) at Common Securitization Solutions (CSS). He has over 10 years of experience in the field of Talent Development, Inclusion and Diversity and Human Resources. His expertise lies in diversity, inclusion and change management with extensive experience supporting organizational development across the human resources (HR) sector. He is adept at leveraging excellent communication and strategic planning abilities to implement methods-based and data-driven solutions to increase the pace, certainty, and sustainability of successful organizational change. He has previously worked for Rolls-Royce as the Head of Talent, Diversity and Inclusion and is extremely passionate about incorporating I&D into an organization’s day-to-day work.
Payal is a Senior Manager in the IT Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. She leads the IT Investment Management, Portfolio Prioritization and IT Governance service offerings as a part of the CIO services practice. She has over 8 years of experience in the financial services consulting industry and has worked for GSEs, Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance clients in the USA, Canada, Europe and India.
Sue Baldock has served in multiyear business transformation executive role; drove an organizational carve-out comprising simplifying the business architecture, rationalizing technology and instituting an Agile execution framework. Sue is certified as a project management professional, Scrum MasterSAFe Agilist and Lean Six Sigma Sensei, and she has served as a guest speaker/facilitator at ProjectWorld® & the World Congress for Business Analysts®.
