I think a lot about women in the workforce. How it would be different if we lived in a gender-equal society. I suspect work would look a lot like the company we built, Prowess. EQ would be just as (if not moreso) important as IQ, employers would be encouraged to bring their whole self to work, and of course, each seat would have a purse hook ;)
