In founding SoapWorks, I realized that people were the secret sauce to any success. I could not build a $100M company on my own. To attract and retain the best people, I needed to create a “people” operating system to truly understand what energizes, engages and rewards employees in ways that matter to them and empower them to self-select work (projects/tasks) that was in better alignment with both their career and THEIR GENIUS! I used my Genius as a human behaviorist and my knowledge of building a community to discover what made people happy and committed for not the day but for their life, and to help others understand what they loved to do was in fact relevant in any company. This was the beginning of the Genius Key!

What do you do when you don't have the money to market? I've spent $50,000 over five years already and I get sales, but intermittently. I just don't have any more $1997 courses in me.
