I said yes to everything! While I’ve had some amazing one-of-a-kind experiences, I’ve endured even more unnecessary stress from chronic over-committing. To get my groove back, I learned to break the cycle of yes related stress. One of the major issues I had to overcome was my own perception of saying, ‘no’. ‘No’ seemed negative, final, and harsh. In this chat, I want you to walk away with:

  • An understanding of the constructive ‘no’
  • Method for evaluating what to say ‘no’ to
  • A few nice, yet firm ways, to say ‘no’
