After taking time out of the workforce for several years, I not only decided it was time to go back to work- I needed to return. The question I was faced with was- How do I go back to work after this long hiatus and still feel empowered when there is so much noise out there that everything that has changed? Returning to work taught me two things, first, not to undervalue all of the lessons and skills that I had learned while I was not working outside the home. Second, that certain fundamental attributes I had before would always be there for me to leverage.

In this Chat I’d like you to come away with:

  • An action plan on next steps to get back to work
  • How to network/find allies/mentors/sponsors
  • Next steps to pay it forward
