Meet The Speaker
Antonia Russell is a Global IT Executive Director at Bristol Myers Squibb and committed to coaching new leaders and helping people to thrive. She studied computer science and engineering while earning Varsity letters in Tennis all 4 years at a Division 1 school. The travel, teamwork, competitive edge, and desire to continuously improve carried over to her professional life where she learned the value of a growth mindset, being part of a high-performing team, and leaning into uncomfortable situations. She found herself as many others, figuring out how to navigate the corporate culture to ‘fit in’ while still being her authentic self. She is still an avid sports fan with a particular passion for the N.Y. Giants.
