During my career, I’ve had my share of highs and lows. The lows can feel insurmountable - like everything’s, well, a hot mess. What’s gotten me back on track hasn’t been my own brilliance, but a diverse network of college friends, current and former colleagues, mentors, and sometimes even acquaintances. - Leveraging your squad
- Cultivating, maintaining, and giving back to your squad
