Current data shows that 1 in 4 women are considering leaving the workforce due to the additional demands they carry as daycares and schools are closed or operating remotely. There is no better time for women and companies to consider advocating for job share work arrangements. I was part of a job share team at Hewlett Packard for a decade during which I was able to spend more time with my growing family while advancing my career and holding interesting operational management roles.
