Are you losing control of your stress? Are you feeling "not-yourself" these days? As a Type A woman working up the ranks, the ambition that got me to the top was the same kryptonite that led me to a hospital, ill from corporate burnout.
From that "rock bottom", I had two choices: 1) push through, or 2) listen and pivot. After re-finding myself and redefining my health, I then founded Acheloa Wellness, a wellness coaching firm that empowers individuals and organizations to break-through the widespread effects of stress. I don't expect you to quit your job or start your own company, but I know that stress is prevalent. We all can benefit from actionable ways to thrive in this challenging time!
In this chat, I want you to walk away with:
- An understanding of stress on a deep level
- An awareness of how (and where) your stress is impacting every facet of your life
- Tools that will help you take the reins of your well-being
2021 is the year we shift from surviving to thriving. I invite you to join me in this important and uplifting conversation.
