Emily is the VP of Engineering at Metadata.io - they generate Inbound qualified leads for B2B companies by using AI to execute paid media campaigns at scale. Metadata set up and launch hundreds to thousands of multivariate advertising campaigns for marketers across Facebook, LinkedIn and Display channels. Emily brings 5+ years of managing and scaling distributed engineering team locally and globally and 12+ years of extensive experience working on large scale consumer facing mobile and web applications to her role.
Gil Allouche is a tech entrepreneur whose passion for artificial intelligence, big data, and growth marketing led him to start Metadata in May 2015. As the Founder and CEO of Metadata, Gil prides himself on building a customer-first company. He is part of an ambitious team that is committed to solving a major problem that B2B marketing and sales professionals face every month -- generating qualified, opt-in leads. Gil combines his passions for both software engineering and marketing and a point of view of both a typical client and the solution provider. His biggest reward is watching a funnel being optimized to the satisfaction of the CMS or CRO and seeing their clients grow their business with the Metadata solution.
Ronit is a Sr. Director of Engineering at Smartsheet. She brings more than 20 years of engineering leadership within both corporate and startup companies. She has a strong understanding of how to connect business and product visions, while building, leading and enhancing software development groups to reach their objectives. Ronit came to the Seattle area to join Amazon in 2014 where she led Alexa's Skill Conversational Tooling, Amazon's Choice and other AI innovative initiatives. Prior to Amazon, she was a Director of Engineering at Conduit, an internet monetization company and at TTI Telecom where she led Engineering for Network Performance and Faults systems. Ronit is passionate about helping people reach their career goals, promoting women in engineering and creating an inclusive work environment. She is a trained life coach and uses coaching at work and at home. In her free time Ronit co-leads a meetup to empower Jewish professional women, she plays in a women’s Catchball league and enjoys the outdoors with her family
Limor recently became the Director of Mentorship at PowerToFly. Previously, she served as Director, Cloud Compute and Engineering Manager at DigitalOcean. Limor also volunteers with Plato where she mentors managers and leaders. For more than ten years, Limor has been leading teams and organizations of different sizes while building a great culture, innovating, and shipping products. She enjoys helping engineers grow both their technical abilities as well as their communication and collaboration skills.
