How an inclusive culture, a focus on empathy and trust, and respect for all people and disciplines helps us to deliver value to our customers. Last year, we deployed updates to production over 18,000 times. In this talk, we'll discuss how our culture and processes make that possible at Pluralsight. A few key things that enable this for our organization include cross functional product experience teams (we include all disciplines on the team to build, deliver and support the experience in production), robust continuous delivery pipelines, Lean software development practices, a high trust environment (failure is okay), a focus on learning, and a relentless desire for continual improvement.
