Janice is the mother of a child with hearing loss who is now an investment banker in London. Janice is an experienced strategist and problem solver. She has worked successfully across industries on local, national, and global platforms to influence outcomes and lead change in hearing innovation and technology, including museums globally, NYC's transit and taxi system, airports domestically, in-flight Entertainment. She is the CEO of Hearing Access & Innovations, the leading company dedicated to helping the world's businesses, cultural and Entertainment institutions, government agencies, and mass transit organizations improve their accessibility for hearing loss people. Additionally, Janice was a 2016 Aspen Institute Spotlight on Health Scholar, a member of the US Access Board's Rail and Passenger Vessel Committees, a gubernatorial appointee to NYS Interagency Council for the Deaf Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing committee, a member of the NYC Taxi of Tomorrow Committee, a member of the FCC's Consumer Advisory Committee and a 2008 People magazine Hero.
