Molly Day is the Chief Operating Officer and incoming interim Executive Director of PL+US: Paid Leave for the U.S. Molly has spent her career building and scaling national organizations working to end poverty in the U.S., most recently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at LIFT. Prior to LIFT, she worked in venture philanthropy at New Profit and started the nonprofit campusCATALYST. Molly is a proud New York City transplant with deep Idaho roots.
